Today I came across with your reference along some others , that wish to exchange stamps.
If you are interested in Portuguese stamps ( mint or new ) , l can help you with that. I collect stamps from any country .
I collect all kind of stamps , as long as they are not damaged or have flaws such as : thins , creases , tears , short perforations or any other defect.
The same way l don't like to receive damaged stamps , l follow the same rule with the material l sent. I don't chase large and beautiful stamps , although l acknowledge an extra plus on them.
In the case of Russia or Soviet Union , l collect mnh only , specially Cosmos and ships series. I have lots of Portuguese mh , mnh and used stamps , as well some other European countries.
I usually send first when l am the one who contacts first. Once l have a bad experience with some scammers , my first lot is always reduced in order to minimize any losses in case l get no response.
I have 100% feedback in sites like ebay , delcampe or miau.pt , under this username , tinobotafogo. I sell and buy on those sites , but on others like this , l just swap for fun.
If you want to make an interchange , l use Scott catalogue for reference , but l don´t mind to receive material for less value than what l send.

I am a collector of stamps. Have many thousands to trade. Am primarily interested in recent (2000-2010) TOPICALS/PICTORIALS. However, I am a general collector. One standard trade I offer is to send a 10-20% bonus of large worldwide for recent large issues of your country. No damaged either way. Will hold your sending pending your approval of the trade. Can send a bonus for recent se-tenant stamps of your country (USA included).
Can also trade first day covers (USA/UN/PR China and Canada plus some worldwide). Have naval covers, flight covers, special event covers, cinderellas, precancels, souvenir sheets (blocs), booklets, USA bureau cards, USA souvenir pages, UN souvenir cards (mint and fdcs), postal stationery of USA/UN/USSR, and other philatelic material. I am looking for perfins and will send topicals and large world in trade.
